　　醫(yī)用內(nèi)窺鏡如何清洗？首先是殘留物的沖刷水洗：內(nèi)鏡及器械手術(shù)完畢后立即卸開可卸部分，清洗槽內(nèi)用流動(dòng)水清洗，除去血液、黏液等殘留物質(zhì)并擦干；曲卡及各類手術(shù)鉗、剪類器械、關(guān)節(jié)脫卸用軟毛刷子刷洗，高壓水槍沖洗各腔道、導(dǎo)管、管腔等。其次使用消毒酶洗：將擦干后的內(nèi)鏡及器械置于1∶270酶洗液槽中浸泡、浸泡時(shí)間為30 min或用超聲清洗機(jī)振動(dòng)清洗5 min~10 min。再來后續(xù)的沖洗：經(jīng)酶洗液浸泡后的內(nèi)鏡及器械放沖洗槽中用流動(dòng)水清洗，有管腔器械在清洗過程中應(yīng)用高壓水槍噴射沖洗，以去除管道內(nèi)的酶洗液及松脫的污物。

　　醫(yī)用內(nèi)窺鏡還需要做一些護(hù)理，比如防銹去銹，器械經(jīng)上述處理后，放入配好的1∶7去銹液內(nèi)浸泡，浸泡時(shí)間為10 min，浸泡完后用清水沖洗。以及潤(rùn)滑維護(hù)，沖洗后的器械放入1∶15潤(rùn)滑液內(nèi)浸泡，浸泡2 min~3 min后撈起晾干或燥干即可。
