甲醛對(duì)所有微生物都有殺滅作用，包含細(xì)菌、繁衍體、芽孢，真菌和病毒，除個(gè)別有要求的器械外，可對(duì)絕大多數(shù)腹腔鏡手術(shù)的器械進(jìn)行消毒，甲醛安全的消毒時(shí)刻為10～12小時(shí)，滅菌箱有必要是將腹腔鏡器械分開攤放，軸節(jié)打開，能拆卸的部分完全拆開，調(diào)節(jié)消毒箱內(nèi)的溫度，使溫度達(dá)54±2度，相對(duì)溫度為70 ～90 ，滅菌按500mg/L核算甲醛用量，加熱使其發(fā)生甲醛氣體，密閉消毒箱，作用6小時(shí)以上，消毒結(jié)束打開排氣閥，去除甲醛氣味。

戊二e醛液體浸泡法戊e二醛能有效地殺滅細(xì)菌、病毒、真菌等對(duì)金屬腐蝕性小，受有機(jī)物影響小，運(yùn)用辦法是將清洗，曬干的腹腔鏡器械浸泡于裝有2%戊二e醛的浸泡箱中，加蓋。浸泡時(shí)刻為30~60分鐘，因戊e醛對(duì)皮膚黏膜具有刺激性，因而運(yùn)用前用無菌水將外表及管腔完全沖凈，并擦干。
