清洗步驟：
Cleaning steps:
1、預(yù)處理：內(nèi)鏡使用后即刻使用濕紗布擦拭外表污漬，置于容器中送清洗消毒室，同時(shí)檢查鏡子等有無測漏、損壞;
1. Pretreatment: wipe the surface stains with wet gauze immediately after the endoscope is used, put it in the container and send it to the cleaning and disinfection room, and check the mirror for leakage and damage at the same time;
2、水洗：用流動(dòng)水徹底清洗內(nèi)鏡的各個(gè)部件，以高壓水槍徹底清洗各管腔;
2. Water washing: wash all parts of the endoscope with flowing water and clean the lumen with high-pressure water gun;
3、酶洗：內(nèi)鏡清洗擦干后，置于酶洗槽中浸泡。
3. Enzyme washing: after cleaning and drying the endoscope, soak it in the enzyme washing tank.
4、清洗：可拆卸部分必須拆開清洗，并用超聲清洗器清洗5-10分鐘;器械的軸節(jié)部、彎曲部、官腔內(nèi)用軟毛刷刷洗。用毛刷刷洗時(shí)注意避免劃傷鏡面。
4. Cleaning: the detachable part must be disassembled for cleaning and cleaned with ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes; the coupling part, bending part and cavity of the instrument should be brushed with a soft wool brush. Pay attention to avoid scratching the mirror surface when brushing with a brush.
5、消毒與滅菌：按照內(nèi)鏡的規(guī)格要求選擇正確的消毒方式進(jìn)行消毒;(負(fù)壓吸引器、超聲吸引器、高壓水槍、干燥設(shè)備、計(jì)時(shí)器等);
5. Disinfection and sterilization: select the correct disinfection method according to the specification requirements of endoscope; (negative pressure aspirator, ultrasonic aspirator, high pressure water gun, drying equipment, timer, etc.);
拆裝過的鏡子建議采用低溫等離子進(jìn)行消毒;

根據(jù)內(nèi)鏡在人體內(nèi)的使用部位不同進(jìn)行消毒與滅菌，比如，進(jìn)入人體自然通道的官腔粘膜接觸的內(nèi)鏡及其附件，應(yīng)用前要采取過高水平的消毒滅菌。
Disinfection and sterilization should be carried out according to the different parts of the endoscope used in the human body. 幾個(gè)常見的故障修理
Several common troubleshooting
鉗子管漏水：多數(shù)是由于活檢鉗等附件，使用不當(dāng)造成活檢管道破損，在視野不模糊時(shí)，C 級(jí)修理
Forceps tube leakage: most of them are due to the biopsy forceps and other accessories, which are damaged due to improper use. When the vision is not blurred, it should be repaired at grade C
導(dǎo)管束斷：使用例數(shù)多，彎曲管不良造成， C+ 導(dǎo)光束級(jí)修理
Broken catheter bundle: there are many use cases, and the bending tube is not good, and the C + guiding beam level is repaired
鋼絲前端斷：使用粒數(shù)多造成， C 級(jí)修理
Steel wire front end fracture: caused by too many grains, grade C repair
彎曲角度不足：鋼絲使用一定時(shí)間后鋼絲變長， D 級(jí)修理，拆開后剪短相應(yīng)方向的鋼絲即可，但需判別彎曲管是否良好
Insufficient bending angle: the steel wire will grow longer after a certain period of time, and the steel wire in the corresponding direction can be cut short after being disassembled, but it is necessary to judge whether the bending pipe is in good condition
彎曲橡皮漏水：碰傷造成比較多， D 級(jí)修理更換專用橡皮即可
Water leakage of bending rubber: there are many bruises, and the special rubber can be replaced by d-level repair
噴嘴堵塞：清洗不干凈， C 級(jí)修理更換噴嘴
Nozzle clogging: if the cleaning is not clean, the nozzle shall be replaced after class C repair
導(dǎo)像束黑點(diǎn)多或龜裂：纖維鏡使用粒數(shù)多， A 級(jí)修理
There are many black spots or cracks in the guide image bundle: the number of fiber lenses used is large, and the repair is Grade A
