清洗步驟：
Cleaning steps:
1、預(yù)處理：內(nèi)鏡使用后即刻使用濕紗布擦拭外表污漬，置于容器中送清洗消毒室，同時檢查鏡子等有無測漏、損壞;
1. Pretreatment: immediately after the endoscope is used, wipe the surface stains with wet gauze, put it in a container and send it to the cleaning and disinfection room, and check whether the mirror is leak tested and damaged;
2、水洗：用流動水徹底清洗內(nèi)鏡的各個部件，以高壓水槍徹底清洗各管腔;
2. Water washing: thoroughly clean all parts of the endoscope with flowing water, and thoroughly clean all lumens with a high-pressure water gun;
3、酶洗：內(nèi)鏡清洗擦干后，置于酶洗槽中浸泡。
3. Enzyme washing: after cleaning and drying the endoscope, soak it in the enzyme washing tank.
4、清洗：可拆卸部分必須拆開清洗，并用超聲清洗器清洗5-10分鐘;器械的軸節(jié)部、彎曲部、官腔內(nèi)用軟毛刷刷洗。用毛刷刷洗時注意避免劃傷鏡面。
4. Cleaning: the detachable part must be disassembled for cleaning and cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes; The shaft coupling, bending part and lumen of the instrument shall be brushed with soft hair. When brushing with a brush, pay attention to avoid scratching the mirror.
5、消毒與滅菌：按照內(nèi)鏡的規(guī)格要求選擇正確的消毒方式進行消毒;(負(fù)壓吸引器、超聲吸引器、高壓水槍、干燥設(shè)備、計時器等);
5. Disinfection and sterilization: select the correct disinfection method according to the specification requirements of the endoscope（ Negative pressure aspirator, ultrasonic aspirator, high pressure water gun, drying equipment, timer, etc.);
拆裝過的鏡子建議采用低溫等離子進行消毒;
Low temperature plasma is recommended for disinfection of disassembled mirrors;
根據(jù)內(nèi)鏡在人體內(nèi)的使用部位不同進行消毒與滅菌，比如，進入人體自然通道的官腔粘膜接觸的內(nèi)鏡及其附件，應(yīng)用前要采取過高水平的消毒滅菌。
Disinfection and sterilization shall be carried out according to different parts of the endoscope in the human body. For example, the endoscope and its accessories in contact with the official cavity mucosa entering the natural channel of the human body shall be disinfected and sterilized at a high level before application.
幾個常見的故障修理
Repair of several common faults
鉗子管漏水：多數(shù)是由于活檢鉗等附件，使用不當(dāng)造成活檢管道破損，在視野不模糊時，C級修理
Leakage of forceps tube: most of them are due to improper use of biopsy forceps and other accessories, resulting in damage of biopsy tube. When the field of vision is not blurred, it shall be repaired at level C
導(dǎo)管束斷：使用例數(shù)多，彎曲管不良造成，C+導(dǎo)光束級修理
Broken catheter beam: due to a large number of use cases and poor bending of the tube, C + guide beam level repair
鋼絲前端斷：使用粒數(shù)多造成，C級修理
Broken front end of steel wire: caused by a large number of grains, class C repair
彎曲角度不足：鋼絲使用一定時間后鋼絲變長，D級修理，拆開后剪短相應(yīng)方向的鋼絲即可，但需判別彎曲管是否良好
Insufficient bending angle: after the steel wire has been used for a certain time, the steel wire becomes longer and is repaired at level D. after disassembly, the steel wire in the corresponding direction can be cut short, but it is necessary to judge whether the bending pipe is good
彎曲橡皮漏水：碰傷造成比較多，D級修理更換專用橡皮即可
Water leakage of bending rubber: there are many bumps, and the special rubber can be replaced for level D repair
噴嘴堵塞：清洗不干凈，C級修理更換噴嘴
Nozzle blockage: if the cleaning is not clean, repair and replace the nozzle at level C
導(dǎo)像束黑點多或龜裂：纖維鏡使用粒數(shù)多，A級修理
There are many black spots or cracks in the image guide beam: the fiber mirror has a large number of particles and is repaired at Grade A
具體故障需經(jīng)漏水測試，烘干，拆鏡檢查仔細(xì)判別才能定如何修理
